How you get access

This is a translation provided for convenience. The Russian edition is the legally binding one; in case of any discrepancy, the Russian text prevails.

What you actually get

Morzik is a digital product. You get access to the service on a subscription: it opens in your account and works on one device.

Nothing physical is shipped: no courier, no parcel, delivery cost 0 ₽. Below is how and how fast that access reaches you.

Where the access arrives

Access arrives through whichever channel you already use — there is nothing to pick in advance:

• Your account on the site. Available right after you register: morzik.net/account. Your subscription link and the app buttons live there.
• Telegram. The same account is available in our bot @morzik_vpn_bot. If you signed in with Telegram, there is nothing else to connect.
• An email. If you registered with an email address, the link to your account is sent to that address.

How fast

Access normally appears in under a minute after your registration or payment is confirmed. Issuing is automatic and runs around the clock: nobody hands it out by hand and nothing waits for a business day.

Rarely — on a technical delay — it can take longer. If there is still no access after 15 minutes, that is not normal: write to us and we will sort it out.

If nothing arrived

1. Reload the account page — it always shows the current state of the subscription.
2. Check the spam folder: first emails from a new sender sometimes land there.
3. Write to @morzik_vpn_bot — that is our support channel, and we answer in it.

Free days

The first three days are free. No money is taken up front and no card is stored. Access for those days is delivered the same way and just as fast as a paid one.

Payment and renewal

Online payment on the site is coming later. Today a subscription is arranged through our bot @morzik_vpn_bot, where you will be told which payment methods are available. There are no invoices or payment forms on the site yet — if you saw one somewhere else, it was not us.

After a renewal the subscription keeps working through the same link: you do not need to get access again or move anything to another device.

Territory

Access is electronic. You can receive it anywhere this site, your account or Telegram opens for you — there is no regional restriction on receiving it.
